Super cute, fast shipping, honestly 0 complaints!

If I could give zero stars I would. My experience was hell, I wish I read the reviews before hand. I hope my review could save someone else from making similar mistakes.
First off, my order took 6 weeks to arrive, I wish I cancelled shipping half way through that but I was hoping I’d like the clothes even with the long wait. The threads were out of place, the quality was so damn cheap, my 9yr old cousin makes better clothes for her Barbie dolls. And let’s not even get started on the return, it seems like they don’t even want you to return it, and they offered me 30% back which felt like a complete disrespect seeing how poor my experience was. 5 email threads later and I still don’t know where to return the pieces, Just a horrible shopping site all round, never seen anything like it

They don’t pay their creators- I did an advertisement in October for Solado and they signed a contract which stated I would be paid in 30 days ( which would be due end of November) it is now mid January and they have ghosted me via email and Instagram DM and deleted my comments from their Instagram post of me trying to get a response. TERRIBLE company if you’re a creator DO NOT WORK WITH THEM- AVOID AVOID AVOID

Deplorable and idiotic customer service team. They refunded an item that was still in stock from my order, and when I reached out asking them to price match the cs agent sent me a link to a completely different top that wasn’t in my order saying it was out of stock. WHAT? And that’s not even the best part! They said bc the package had already shipped they couldn’t do so, but I reached out before it shipped, keep in mind this was on a $250+ purchase. Aside from that, the clothes are, expectably, you get what you pay for crap quality. I can live with that, but expect stuff to come with exposed threads and the like. It also takes over a month for shipping. Definitely avoid shopping here if you plan to return items, because the cs team are stupid.

The customer service is basically not existing. If you want to return items, they make you ship it to China and habe no return policy: „Ship to our return adress, if you want a full refund“. The quality of the clothing is very poor, but the clothes ain‘t necessarily cheap. Don‘t get blinded by the website pics: this is a cheap China company. cheap product, cheap manners. ??

I ordered from this site and paid $30 for expresss shipping. It took 10 days because they are in china.
When I tried to return 2 items they said I had to pay for my own shipping (which is not a prob usually) but that if it came from a place with high taxes they would decline. Ummm ok how do I know that? They only provide a 30% refund and 20% discount code. (no thanks) while the customer service rep was quick to reply its just been a nightmare. I will not buy from them again. Why not provide an easy return process where u pay for the return and get a label. BE AWARE!

I would give this useless company 0 if it was possible. Took over a month to receive my one dress they kept extending the shipping time because they had Black Friday sale so it made everything difficult. Smells bad. I already did a chargeback. Please listen to me do not order from this company. Order from AliExpress you’ll get your stuff in 2weeks

I ordered an express shipping item in the middle of November and have YET TO RECEIVE IT. Customer service doesn’t even message you back. They never gave me my refund either.

I’m so so sad about my experience with this company. I ordered in November an order I payed 35$ extra to be expedited as I have a birthday today I wanted to wear my special order for. I checked my tracking every day and the afternoon of December 8th at noon they had “delivered” my parcel when no one was home. I came home to no package and no delivery notice. So I was robbed… I have contacted their support team 6 times now and NO RESPONSE! I’m in shock. They owe me over 200$ and someone in my building picked up my package. I’m so angry. Don’t trust this company and their ethics with a safe delivery. I deserve better.

After a month waiting for my packet. It got lost. They said they have delivered it. However, I have not received any packet. I contacted SOLADO for refund it and they just ignored my petition, they do not take any responsibility of this issue.
I do not recommend this website.

Awful customer service. Over a month and they still didn’t send my order. Had to publicly chase on comments to get a refund which is not my usual way of making contact but was the only way to get an answer from them. Another customer/follower joined in on the convo in the comments due to similar bad experience and they deleted them. Don’t bother ordering from this brand!

It’s been two weeks and I have not received my products. I have asked for a refund as the stock hasn’t left the warehouse yet just for them to reply:
Dear customer,

Thanks for your support and concern for our store. Due to the recent hot sales of our products, our warehouse staff is actively distributing. Please keep your patience and wait. Once the tracking number is generated, we will inform you asap. If there are any problems, please don't hesitate to contact us.

This isn’t the first time I’ve messaged them but I received the same reply. Honestly, the customer service… I wish I looked them up on here sooner, it makes sense now

I bought so many items from here thinking it was going to be a great experience. The designs are awesome but the quality of fabric is terrible. I asked for return and they said I have to pay international shipping which was gonna cost about 70 dollars. This is a rip off and not going to buy clothes from here again.

i ordered this item on november 6th on expedited shipping and it has still not arrived to me. i messaged for a refund and only received a shipping refund. at this point the event i wanted the shirt
for has long passed. very disappointing experience

I never received my package and after reaching out for assistance they had me reach out to the carrier, get proof that it wasn’t delivered, just for them to ignore my emails and not provide me a refund. They are literally the biggest scammer I wish the worst for them
